This privacy policy explains what data KleosMsngr (the "app") collects, why, and how it is used.

1. Data we collect

Phone number or email — required for account creation and login.
Display name, username, avatar, bio — your profile information.
Messages and media (photos, videos, voice, files) — to deliver them to recipients.
Stories — visible to your contacts until expiration.
Device push token (FCM / APNs) — to send notifications.
App usage diagnostics — crash logs (no personal content).

2. How we use data

Solely to operate KleosMsngr (messaging, calls, search, notifications).
We do not sell data to third parties.
We do not use data for advertising.
We do not track users across other apps or websites.

3. Third parties we share data with

Firebase (Google) — for push notification delivery and phone-number verification.
Agora — to enable real-time voice and video calls (only during a call).
Telegram Gateway / SMS.RU — to deliver one-time verification codes during sign-in. Phone number is shared with the provider chosen for your number.

4. Your rights

Request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time — write to support@kleosmsngr.com. We will fulfil the request within 30 days.
Request a copy (export) of your data on demand.
Block other users or report objectionable content directly in the app.

5. Age policy

KleosMsngr is intended for users 12 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 12. If you believe a minor has used the service, contact us and we will delete their data.

6. Data security

All data transmission is encrypted via TLS (HTTPS). Passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt). Database and media servers are accessible only via secure SSH from authorised maintainers.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance.
